“Coming from a large PR firm that used Cision, we quickly realized it would be the best tool for us,” McKendall said. “However as a small PR shop, we thought it would be cost-prohibitive. We lasted about six months without Cision before we knew we needed it, so we signed up.”

After having used Cision for the past five years, McKendall recently left for a few months to test out a competitors software, which offered unlimited user logins at a discounted rate. After using the platform for a few months, McKendall rushed back to her rep at Cision to get back on CisionPoint.
